To use voicemail phone has to subscribe for this facility. Configure voicemail access number in the phone. This may be done using Web interface of the phone, XML configuration file for auto-configuration. This feature has to be configured for each line separately.

Configuration Using Web Interface

The image below shows a snapshot of the Servers tab of your phone's in-built website. The voicemail server address has to be entered in Voicemail Access Number text field.

Configuration Using XML auto-configuration file

In the XML configuration file, do the following configuration in the sipaccounts tag for each account.

Configuration Using Phone's LCD Menus

First reach the Voicemail server menu by following the path MENU/BACK button--then--SETUP softkey--then--CONFG softkey--then--SERVR softkey--then--LINE1/LINE2 softkey--then--right arrow key button--then--VM softkey. Now enter the sevrer address in the menu which looks like the image shown below.
