You can configure your phone for using different options that are provided for call park and retreive. You can configure the phone by using the Web interface, or by using the XML file for auto configuration.

Configuration Using Web Interface

The image below shows a snapshot of the Advanced tab of your phone's in-built website. You can select out of Incall DTMF and Prefix for parking and also you can provide the call retreive prefix. This feature has to be configured for each line separately.

Configuration Using XML auto-configuration file

In the XML configuration file, do the following configuration in the sipAccountstag.
