The Call Forward feature is configured separately for each line. It can be configured from the phone's inbuilt website, LCD menus or from the auto configuration file.

Configuration Using Web Interface

The image below shows a snapshot of the Phone configuration tab of your phone's in-built website. Enter the number to which the calls are to be forwarded in the Call Forwarding URI text input field. Also choose the mode of forwarding by selecting one of the radio buttons from Call Forward Mode group.

Configuration Using XML auto-configuration file

In the XML configuration file, do the following configuration in the sipaccounts tag for each account.

Configuration Using Phone's LCD Menus

First reach call forwarding by pressing MENU/BACK button--then--SETUP softkey--then--FORWD softkey--then--LINE1/LINE2 softkey. Now follow the sequence of menus shown below.
