This Privacy Policy statement describes what personal information we may obtain when you use the the app, and how we may use that information. We ask that you take the time to carefully read this policy statement. We do not use, or share with anyone, your personal information except as described in this policy. Further, we do not use your personal information for tracking purposes.
How The App May Obtain Your Personal Information. If you choose to allow the app access to your phone's contacts, the app may programmatically obtain contact information from your phone's operating system. Additionally, the app may obtain or be provided your personal information when you explicitly opt in and agree to allow the app to send out failure reports and/or debug logs. While using the app, it is possible that you may face an issue with the app's function that we are not able to reproduce in our labs, but instead that issue only occurs within the environment of your particular Enterprise. While trying to troubleshoot such an issue, we may, with your permission, guide you in turning on failure reporting and/or debug logs in your app. When you turn on failure reporting, your app will send any failure reports and/or debug logs to us.
The Personal Information That The App May Obtain. If you choose to allow the app access to your phone's contacts, the app may obtain information from those contacts. Additional information that the app may gather for the purpose of building failure reports and/or debug logs includes, but is not limited to, the name and contact information of your Enterprise; the make and model of the device on which you run the app; your device's unique identifying information; the operating system running on your device including its version; the app's phone and/or extension number and/or your name; phone and/or extension numbers and/or names of people that you call from within the app; phone and/or extension numbers and/or names of people that call the app; the times and dates of calls, failures, and/or the occurrence of issue(s.)
How the App May Use Your Personal Information. If you choose to allow the app access to your phone's contacts, the app may send out information from your phone's contacts in order to place calls that you initiate from within the app. In addition, call-metadata of calls you may make from within the app may be included in off-device call-logs. If you separately opt in and choose to send out failure reports from the app and/or enable debug logs in the app, the app may send out such reports and/or logs that contain call-metadata of calls that you may make from within the app. Call-metadata may include information from your phone's contacts. Further, our support personnel and/or software development team may use your app's failure and debug logs, obtained with your permission, to troubleshoot and debug an issue that you may face when you use the app within your Enterprise's particular environment. All data pertaining to your issue, including your personal information, is input into our ticketing system.
How We Protect Your Personal Information. Failure information from the app is provided to us using secure, encrypted transmission methods. And we store that information in an encrypted form on servers that are secured using the latest available technologies.
We may use statistics across client Enterprises, and aggregate data such as number, nature and statuses of issues reported in a certain period of time, but excluding any information about and specific to your Enterprise, in the pursuit of improving our internal processes, and for marketing and any regulatory purposes.
Privacy Policies of Third-Parties. We do not share your personal information with any third-party except when required by law, or if so ordered by a court of law. You should be aware of privacy policies of the following entities/products:
If disclosure of your personal information is ordered by a court of law, we will, within 10 days of becoming aware of such order, notify your Enterprise using its last known contact information in our records, and give you the option to directly present, at your sole expense, your reason/defense against disclosure of your personal information to the requesting court and/or governmental authority.
